Streamlining the process of entity management for legal professionals
Users needed to be able to quickly generate a report, sometimes on short notice, for a meeting. This new design took a process from 13 separate screens to 1 primary screen.
In the existing design there were multiple places to enter the same data. This design puts all data entry in one place thereby eliminating duplicate data entry and allowing users to quickly jump to the desired section depending on their intent.
In the existing design creating an organization chart was too difficult. Most users would have to use another application to piece the information together because they couldn’t make a comprehensive chart in the system. This design allows for generating charts of all types and file formats.
